My favorite scene in all of Family Guy where they use the Tom Baker opening from Doctor Who to represent "hyperspace looking so freaky"... I've re-done the scene using the 2008 DW theme. My theory is that the Millenium Falcon is really a TARDIS with the Chameleon Circuits stuck as a junky looking space ship. When Peter Griffin poses as Han Solo, he accidentally activates the time traveling controls, which up until this point were a lost secret of the Millenium Falcon. The original Star Wars as you know came out in 1977, the same time Tom Baker was the Doctor... Peter Griffin takes the Millenium Falcon to the present day, 2008 and the theme for DW changes to the 2008 theme.

there's no possible way I can do that with the software I have.

Sorry, but this actually isn't that good, it's just a clip of family guy attached to an unedited doctor who lip, if you'd made it look like the falcon's viewing screen was still over it, it would've been better.
