Pencil rockets are a very rare drop from Surveillance Mechs, and you can fight two of them in the room where the yellow book is. You have a 3% chance of getting a pencil rocket, but it's 6% because there's two, making it a little easier to get them (I think).Pig masks frequently drop +50 HP healing items, so I stock up on those. I get seven pencil rockets, which is enough to kill the snake assuming Wes never attacks, so you really only need six. Better safe than sorry though.Because Duster takes the least damage, I give him all but one of my pencil rockets. Kumatora gets one pencil rocket and the dash bomb found in the castle in the instance she gets to use it.This is a pretty simple fight, but the only thing you need to watch out for is it's tsunami attack.
