Geee I have a mac and have so many problems with the new patch! It's like freezing in the middle of the patch dld and then when I got back in the game, same as you... can't see my creatures! I re-installed the whole game and same thing happened... I can't play at all now. Wish I could help you! (I'm not sure I'll buy another game from them)

i hav the same problem...but all my graphic settings and stuff are on low... HELP! this problem is driving me crazy!!P.S pause the game on the mac and u can c the creature (if all the graphic settings are on low)

have this problem but the game dosn't even start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled lots of times. when i try and run it through 'run' on the start menu it says : "d3dx9_27.dll has not been found" what do i do?

Maybe EA will fix this in time. They definitely took their G-d Damn time with fix this problem for the creature creator. for those of you that don't know they actually released the patch for this for the creature creator on I believe the 16. AFTER Spore came out on the 7. They screwed up a lot thing for a great game. I hear even the latest update for both mac and pc is having major issues. YOU SUCK EA!!!! >:(

are on a Windows PC. I don't think macs use dll files.

Same problem here. As far as I know no cure is available right now and the only one way to make it work correctly on GMA 950 is to launch it in windows os through bootcamp.
