I've seen it called a fan kick, but also a "Sunwheel."--maybe by Rebecca at North Pole Fitness, I think--but I'm not sure. She's got a couple of moves that use this as an opener to get onto the pole. I've seen "scissors" or "scissor legs" also used for this move, too--but also to refer to the burlesque move in floor work or in chair dance where the dancer rotates only the calf at the knee. Your fan kick was nice and graceful--liked the finishing cocktail spin on the second attempt!

we call the fan kick "scissors".. you have great control on yours. ..much better than I do, I look like a spider going down the plughole!

That was the first way I learned to do a fan kick, followed by a layout. It was so hard at first!!! Thanks for confirming the names.
